तेलिया कंद की इंटनेट पर मौजूद  तस्वीरें गलत और फर्जी  हिमाचल के एक जैव-विविधता प्रेमी लिखते हैं कि  इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध नकली तेलिया कंद की तस्वीरें दिखाकर आम लोगों को लूटने का व्यापार जोरो पर है जबकि यह नग्न सत्य है कि इंटरनेट  पर  असली  तेलिया  कंद की तस्वीर अभी तक उपलब्ध नही है.  इस खुली ठगी से बचना  चाहिए।     

क्या असली तेलिया कंद ५० लाख  से एक करोड़ तक बिक सकता है? गुजरात से पधारे सज्जन कल चर्चा के दौरान केवल इसी प्रश्न पर अटके रहे. जब उनसे असली तेलिया कंद के बारे में पूछा गया तो वे बगलें झाँकने लगे  और फिर इंटनरनेट पर उपलब्ध फर्जी तेलिया कंदों की तस्वीरें दिखाने लगे.
