Telia Kand and cancer neoroendocrine tumors stage 4

My wife is suffering from cancer of neoroendocrine tumors with small cells primary unknown .. This type of cancer is most dangerous as told by our doctors .. life is only 6 months to 12 months after it .. please tell me can you help me in giving teliya kand miracle herb..
